We give you the flexibility to use the catering company and bar service of your choice as well as provide onsite security guards and set up/tear down assistance. Rental Rates

Rate includes

• 30 72-inch round tables, 18 6-foot banquet tables and 350 black mesh chairs provided by the MAAIC.
• Use of 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer and prep area.
• Security guards before, during and after event.
• Set up and tear down of tables and chairs by MAAIC.
• Prearranged 4-hour decorating time on event day.
• 5-hour event from 6-11pm.
• 1-hour clean-up from 11pm-midnight.

Additional information

• Outside catering and bar services welcomed.​
• Catering service contract must be licensed and insured.
• A cash bar requires a liquor license and service by a licensed bartender.
• 350 person capacity.
• Completed and signed contract required for date security as well as 1/4 of total contract cost, and $200 refundable damage deposit.
• Contract balance must be paid in full 30 days before event.
• We are unable to accept cash for payment.​
